Return & Exchange Policy

  • Orders once placed shall not be cancelled or exchanged for another product at any cause. Raising issues on full or partial cancellation of orders once placed is not appreciated.

  • If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or additional value item considering the additional price can be paid.

  • Refund or exchange of any product on grounds of color variations and granular aspects will not be possible.

  • Thuvi Couture will not accept returns, refunds or exchange requests for any of its products unless the damage occurs prior to delivery

  • The buyer can raise a replacement or exchange request if and only if the products do not reach the buyer in good condition (damaged) or upon receival of wrong product. Buyer should send unboxing video of the package indicating the issues. The video clip needs to be capture all sides of the package to our whatsApp (+918300655040). buyer has to raise request within 2 days of delivery.

  • The products should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original packaging and tags. Don’t detach and damage MRP tag, Thuvi reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original conditioned would require you to deliver all the original documents along with the product.

  • In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by no reason returning or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, we have right to warn or block such customers account, if necessary
